Light the fire on launch
I really like how Adium's icon changes when the app is running (really works better than the dots under icons in old MacOS versions) It would be really cool if a blue flame came out of the propane tank when the app was running.

Hi David,
Thanks for the suggestion.
A flame coming out of the tank is clever... not sure if I have enough room to show it but I'll definitely keep it in mind when I revisit the icon.
