Customize keyboard shortcuts

I'd really appreciate the ability to customize keyboard shortcuts. In particular, my Divvy shortcuts override the switching between tabs (shift apple left/right) in Propane. It'd actually be nice to have it as the more standard apple+shift+[ and ] (that's used in Chrome, etc.). But if I could just customize them that would be great!

Thanks,
Bill

    Hi Bill,

Thanks for taking the time to give feedback.

Those shortcuts made sense a long time ago because they matched TextMate's original prev/next tab shortcuts. I agree that they're inconsistent now and they've been switched them to the standard ones in my development branch.

That said, I'm not a fan of in-app custom keychord preferences and probably won't offer it as an option.

It's not all doom and gloom though: you can configure the keychords for any app on your system already.

Go to System Preferences, Keyboard, Shortcuts, App Shortcuts (in the left panel) and press the + button to add your own shortcuts.

When you're done, it should look like the screenshot I've attached here.

    Regards,
    Trev
