I noticed there was talk of Mac OSX Notification Centre integration but it doesn't seem to be here as of version 1.3.4 (1.3.4.3164918). Am I missing something or has the feature integration been canned?

    HI Grant,

Notification Center is supported, although it's done via the Growl framework so that I can also support older systems.

If the Growl application is installed on your system then Propane will prefer to use that for notifications, otherwise it will fallback to Notification Center.

    • Do you receive Notification Center popups for other apps?
    • Do you have Growl installed?
    • Have you chosen "Display a Growl Notification" in Propane's preferences?

Note: as I write that out I realize how lousy it is to have the option to "Display a Growl Notification" in preferences. Growl isn't nearly as common as it once was and it's probably confusing for people on newer systems that don't have it installed. I have to clean that up.

    Regards,
    Trevor

Hi Trevor and thanks for the reply,

    > Do you receive Notification Center popups for other apps? - YES
    > Do you have Growl installed? - NO
    > Have you chosen "Display a Growl Notification" in Propane's preferences? - NO > changed to yes and all working now thank you.

    Regards,

    Grant.
