Highlight message alerts

It's great to be able to invoke alerts for specified phrases (with regexp even!), but it would be fantastic to have the option to highlight any messages that match the specified patterns, similar to the search highlight. An even better implementation would be to add a column to the message alerts section of preferences to allow the selection of highlight color individually for each phrase added.

I think this addition would make finding relevant messages of various importance much easier, especially when one has stepped away for a bit and has to look through the backlog for relevant missed messages.

    Hey,

thanks for the suggestions. Highlighting messages that triggered an alert is definitely on my radar, as is keeping track of your last-read-message in the transcript.

    Hey,

just a note - Propane 1.0.7 (check for updates) now uses a minty-green background for the body of any messages which matched your alert terms.

is there any possiblity of allowing the user to specify the color of the highlight on a per match string basis? This way we can quickly find relavent data of different types.

One scenario I see as very useful is that a lot of people have their apps report errors to campfire. It would be nice to highlight those in red.
