Why Full Screen is Alt+Cmd+F instead of the standard Ctrl+Cmd+F?

Hi,

Question is in the subject. I changed it only in Propane (via the System Preferences Keyboard shortcuts), so that Enter+Exit Full screen menu items are Ctrl+Cmd+F instead of the default that came with Propane - Alt+Cmd+F.

Any reason as to why this is not the default?

Thanks!
Bar.

When the full-screen feature first came out there was no official and consistent key chord for it.

Because I use Terminal a lot, I just went with that one because I was familiar with it.

In subsequent releases the full-screen key chord became more consistent and Terminal changed.

Propane will change too but I generally don't tweak key chords unless it's part of a UI update. As such, it will come with in the next major release (in progress).

    Thanks Trevor!

    Glad to hear the reason.

Do you have a rough ETA for the next major release?

    Thanks,
    Bar.
