    Sorry you're running into problems.

Is this the first time you've used Propane to access Campfire, and Is Propane showing any error dialogs describing the failure?

This is my first time. Basically I got invited to use campfire and made an account. Now I just downloaded Propane and went to open lobby window, but nothing pops up.

Hrm... strange. Sorry, but this may take a bit of back and forth...

When Propane launches, it should present a window that says "Propane: Lobby"

If you don't have any Campfire hosts configured, it should overlaying the lobby window with a sheet that asks you to login and grant Propane permission to access your the Campfires associated with your login.

So, has Propane ever asked you to login like that?

Basically I go to open lobby, allow access, but selected campfire doesn’t show up even thought I’ve already signed up.

If you visit https://launchpad.37signals.com and sign-in, there should be a column with a heading of "Campfire" which has at least one item underneath it.

Is that the case for you?
